Flowmoro is a focus timer built around the Pomodoro Technique: work in short, timed sessions and take regular breaks so you stay sharp through the day without burning out.
The interface is deliberately uncluttered. You see the time left, a fill that tracks the session, and one button. Work length, break length, and the number of cycles are all adjustable, and a set of theme colors plus a dark mode let it match your setup.
Flowmoro does not collect or share any data. There is no account and no sign-in.
